Christmas Song Of The Day 16
Digging into the vault today for a couple versions of one of my personal Christmas favorites. originally done The Kinks. The first one is from the rare Christmas Shake EP from The Figgs. If you were one of the lucky ones you got to see them play a blazing set earlier this year at the Bag Of Songs 2nd Anniverary Party at The M Room. The second is from Youtube darlings of synchronized treadmill dancing fame, OK Go.

Two cool versions of an amazing song… Gotta go dig up my Kinks 45s now!
Very good stuff… thanks for sharing!
Both are really good.. of course OkGo probably had a bigger recording budget because sonically it sounds better.
Sonics aside I like the OkGo version better, but both are really good.
